In addition to the required reading for ELA teachers, students are

encouraged to take part in the Media Center's Genre of the Month

Reading Challenge. Students are asked to read a book or two from

a selected genre each month and complete a form in which they

tell about their book, what they learned from their book, and       

if they would recommend the book. Students who turn in completed

forms (complete sentences, proper grammar) get a **great** prize!

Book forms are due on the last day of every month.
